Delivery Times

Orders will usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & NSW public holidays) upon placing your online order. Following public holidays and busy holiday periods such as Christmas, orders may be dispatched within 72 hours of your order being placed.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

Sydney: approximately 1-3 business days

Australia wide: approximately 4-10 business days

Regional Western Australia, Regional Queensland, Northern Territory & other remote locations: approximately 7-14 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 per parcel Australia wide* (excluding Northern Territory and Tasmania).

Shipping rates for Northern Territory and Tasmania will incur a flat rate of $20.

Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping is FREE on orders over $120 Australia wide* (excluding “Big & Bulky items")

Items that are "Big & Bulky" may incur an additional postage fee. If your item falls into this category it will be noted as “Big & Bulky” in the product description. You will see a “Big and Bulky”option at checkout. Please choose this option to ensure your order is processed efficiently. If you chose the standard/free shipping rate at checkout we will contact you before posting your order and request an additional postage surcharge. You will then have the chance to either proceed with your order or cancel and receive a refund.

Additional freight charges may also be incurred for deliveries to remote locations within Australia. If you live in a remote location, we will contact you before posting your order and request an additional surcharge. At this stage, you will have the chance to either proceed with your order or cancel and receive a refund. 

Returns & Exchanges

At Raindrops and Lollipops we want you to be completely happy with your purchase as customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind we may be able to offer you a refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange at our sole discretion, however, you must notify us within seven (7) days after delivery of the products and the products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. If items are received in unsellable condition, your return may not be processed.

To return your purchase please email customercare@raindropsandlollipops.com.au with your order number and we will email you back with the address to send your return to. You are responsible for all return freight charges and will only be refunded once we have received the products.

*There is no refund or exchange on sale or discounted items unless considered faulty.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order by contacting us via phone at any time prior to dispatch of the product. If the product has already been shipped you can return the item as outlined in the returns policy above.

Faulty Items

If the product is faulty then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing you with a replacement product. You must notify Raindrops and Lollipops immediately, but no later than seven (7) days after delivery of the products. Where the item is faulty we will ask for photographs of the damage.

If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the faulty item we may not be able to process your claim.
