We primarily use Australia Post as a Delivery Partner to deliver your parcel safely and quickly.
For STANDARD deliveries
We usually use Australia Post eParcel service.
For EXPRESS deliveries
We usually use Australia Post Express eParcel so your parcel should arrive overnight if you are in the Express Post delivery network, or as quickly as possible if you are outside the network.
ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS
Free standard rate delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $120. If you require your order to be shipped by Express Post, additional fees will apply.
Orders under $120 are sent at a standard postage as calculated at checkout.
ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. Delivery costs are calculated for you at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We endeavour to process every order on the same or next business day that it is received, however we reserve the right to take up to 3 business days to process your order.
If your order is likely to be delayed for any reason (e.g a product is out of stock) we will endeavour to contact you to discuss your order before processing.
You must provide the correct shipping details at the time of making your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Raindrops and Lollipops are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org or 02 6732 44 99 if you notice that your details are wrong. If your order has already been dispatched Raindrops and Lollipops will not be liable.
Raindrops and Lollipops will send you an email once your parcel has been dispatched and this will include your parcel’s consignment number so that you can track its progress if you wish to.
